Exhibitors FAQ

  • Saturday April 21st: 10am-7pm
  • Sunday April 22nd:10am-5pm
How much is parking?
  • General parking will be in the parking lot directly across the street.
    • General parking is $3.
  • Exhibitor parking will be at the South end of the show hall.
    • Exhibitor parking is free.
What comes with my booth?
  • 6×6 Artist Alley Space:
    • Inline space
      • (1) 6′ table
      • (2) chairs
    • Corner Space
      • (2) 6′ tables
      • (4) chairs
  • 10×10 Exhibitor booths:
    • Inline Booth
      • (1) 8′ table
      • (2) chairs
    • Corner Booth
      • (2) 8′ tables
      • (4) chairs
  • There will be pipe and drape dividers.
    • These are dividers ONLY. Your display needs to be free-standing.
  • Please note: Tablecloths are NOT provided
  Will there be access to power outlets?
  • Only if you have chosen to pay the additional $75 charge for the outlet.
  Is there Wi-Fi?
  • There is free Wi-Fi provided by the Fairgrounds. However, if you are planning on using it for credit card processing you may want to consider bringing your own Wi-Fi hot spot.
  Will I be receiving a guest pass so I can have someone assist me?
  • Each Inline booth comes with 2 badges and each corner booth comes with 4 badges. Additional Exhibitor badges are can be purchased for $30 each.
  Will there be any way for exhibitors to make change on the premises, or do we need to make arrangements for that prior to the show?
  • You will need to make your own arrangements for change. There will be 2 ATMs in the show hall.
  When will we be able to load into the show?
  • Load in hours
    • Friday from 12:00pm-7:00pm
    • Saturday morning from 8:00am-10:00am
  • Restock hours
    • Saturday from 7:00pm-8:00pm
    • Sunday from 8:30am-10:00am
  • Move-out hours
    • Sunday 5:00pm-12:00am
